**Local customers enter coupon code PICKUP on the checkout page, then select recalculate and the shipping costs will be removed. We will contact you via e-mail to arrange a pick up time.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise stated in item description. If any item in your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will let you know immediately via e-mail. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received and then another e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes shipping insurance up to $100 CAD. Orders shipped within Canada take approximately 2-10 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive depending on your location. These shipments have tracking #'s and guaranteed delivery dates. If you require faster shipping or additional shipping insurance please contact us at info@lightofyourlife.ca before ordering as additional costs may apply.
American Orders
All American orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packets - Surface, which includes shipping insurance up to $100 CAD. Orders shipped to the U.S.A. take approximately 7-12 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive depending on your location and the amount of time it takes your shipment to clear customs at the border. These shipments do not have tracking #'s and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
