At Light of your Life 100% customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns for 30 days from the original order date, provided the merchandise is unused, undamaged and in it's original condition. We cannot accept returns for custom orders. All sales are final after 30 days.
If you have a product you wish to return, please contact us by email before returning it for shipping details, then repackage the item and send it to the address we give you. Please make sure the package is insured as we can't be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any returns sent to us without prior notification must be refused.
Once your return is received by Light of your Life, you will be refunded the full purchase price of your merchandise less the shipping costs. Shipping costs, border taxes and customs charges are not refundable. If an error is made by Light of your Life, we will gladly refund your shipping costs as well.
Orders can be cancelled by emailing us provided the merchandise has not yet been shipped.
